(250813) -- HANGZHOU, Aug. 13, 2025 (Xinhua) -- This photo taken on July 15, 2025, shows the quadruped robot, named White Rhino, in Hangzhou, east China's Zhejiang Province. Zhejiang University in east China on Tuesday said that White Rhino had completed a 100-meter sprint in 16.33 seconds, breaking the previous world record of 19.87 seconds set by a robot named Hound from the Republic of Korea.
This achievement, notably, is a new Guinness World Record for the fastest 100 meters time by a quadruped robot.
