Medvedev says he will end corruption in Russia

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on says he will establish anti-corruption legislation by next year.
He has said corruption is a problem that threatens national security.
One of Medvedev's first steps when he took over as president from his mentor Vladimir Putin, was to order his officials to draft a strategy for fighting corruption.
Medvedev has said he wants to change the national mentality, which has traditionally tolerated graft.
Russia has recently been placed on an index of global corruption, prepared by a human rights group, as being on the same level as Togo, Angola and Indonesia.

If we look at the corruption in the US, such as Carlyle Group, Skull and Bones, and James Baker, it is obvious US cORRUPTION IS MUCH MORE PROFITABLE, and with a lot less risk.

The 'REPUBLIC' is owned by the wealthy class, the poor are allowed to choose which wealthy club will gets the larger benefits
Jerry Springer is an example.
