Several amendments have been added to the bill that would pave the way for Taiwanese electronics manufacturing giant Foxconn to build a $10 billion plant in southeastern Wisconsin that could employ up to 13,000 people, including a provision for $20 million in workforce training funds.

Assembly Speaker Robin Vos (R-Rochester) announced the amended legislation Friday afternoon.
